      OUR HOUSE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. ID verification required after reservation. No 3rd party bookings. Minimum booking age is 25. 2. No SMOKING ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee). 3. No PARTIES or large gatherings and no UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation). 4. No TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($75 fee if a team member needs to come out to readjust equipment). 5. No more than 4 cars on the property at any time. There is no street parking at the home. 6. No excessive noise. This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. 7. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late checkouts must be approved and will incur an additional fee. You will automatically be charged an additional fee of $250 per half hour for any unauthorized late checkouts of 30 minutes or more. 8. No unauthorized PETS ($500 violation fine applied to cleaning fee). Any approved pets must be housebroken. Any approved pets must be crated if left alone at the property. You must properly dispose of all pet waste. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. House trained dogs over 1 year old (cats on case by case basis ) that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog If you havent already. (age, breed, and weight). -Pet fee is $100 for 10 days or less. plus platform fees. - Dogs must be crated when left unattended. - Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. -$75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after in the backyard. -If equipment is used that would make the utilities charge become excessive, that will be charged back to the renter. Note: A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished.
