Comes with its own private bath, kitchenette, and balcony. Full use of furnished Living, and dining room in the communal areas. Includes MAID SERVICE twice a month in communal areas. Included All utilities including hi-speed internet. Hard wired too if needed. Communal garage space to store a bicycle, surfboard, and some personal items on designated shelving. Owner does not live in unit or on site making it feel more like your own home. All tenants are on equal status. Month-to-month rental agreement on approved credit. I do BOTH criminal and credit background checks on all applicants over 18. Must show proof of gross income 3x the rent, have good credit, and enough reserves on hand for first and security. Willing to look at the big picture if all three are not met, but must be stronger in the other two. This property is strictly a NON SMOKING, NO PET PROPERTY. Current tenants rent here because it's a non-smoking, no pet property. Out of respect for them I will not make exceptions. The current roommates do not wish to live with an animal. This is a good value for those looking for private space near the beach within a semi-communal environment. Handsomely and comfortably furnished communal areas. Newer Decora style light switches and outlets. Newer RG6 and CAT6 data com cable and wiring for faster internet speeds. Below is a sample of house rules to keep the peace: Head phones are your best friend. No TV in communal areas. No music in communal areas unless mutually agreed upon. Quieter times weekdays10pm-10am. Weekends 11pm-10am. Clean up any and all messes you make. Only 2 guests at a time unless OK'd by your roommates in advance. No overnight guests unless OK'd by your roommates in advance. Out of respect, check in often with your roommates to see if any transgressions have occurred, and how to better coexist. Concerns should first be discussed with the parties directly involved. If no resolution is found, put your request in writing to all parties involved and CC me the manager and owner. If a resolution can still not be found, I will weigh in.
