The adjacent clubhouse offers a year-round front desk, a heated seasonal pool, two large hot tubs, and BBQ grills with outdoor picnic areas. The clubhouse also features a wet bar with an ice machine, game tables, lounge areas with a fireplace and surround sound, a pool table, a business center, and a coffee and tea nook. The air-conditioned clubhouse is nearby for cooler temperatures. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the rental, eviction without refund, and retention of any security deposit plus liability for damages. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Violations may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund, retention of any security deposit, and/or charges or liability for damages. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which noise levels must not exceed 70 decibels. Outside of quiet hours, noise levels should not exceed 85 decibels. The Reserving Party and all adults in the group must be at least 30 years old. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Triple Crown groups, Bachelor or Bachelorette groups, and Construction Industry groups must inquire for approval. Pets and service animals are NOT permitted in the property or on the premises. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in the same condition as when they arrived. Mid-stay cleanings may be required for lengthy stays of more than one week, with a fee equal to the final cleaning fee applying for each subsequent week. The kitchen's peninsula provides ample counter space, ideal for setting up a laptop for work or remote-friendly activities.
