The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a warm gas fireplace, and a large HDTV, creating an open space perfect for large groups. A large covered deck offers nice views, ideal for warmer months.
Reserved underground parking is available, along with covered and uncovered outdoor overflow parking. Discounts are available for ski and snowboard rentals with free storage, and for lengthy stays. A free private shuttle service is available during ski season. Year-round access to 4 pools and 10 hot tubs, including indoor and outdoor facilities, is provided. Other on-site amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, a sauna, fitness center, guest lounge with coffee and tea bar, an outdoor fire pit, and grilling & dining areas. The clubhouse offers locker rooms, newspapers, and a 24-hour front desk. During ski season, the clubhouse hosts twice-weekly 'Apres Ski' parties, and during summer, 'Summer Socials' are held weekly.
Emerald Lodge boasts a prime location within easy walking distance of the Gondola, Ticket Office, Ski School, restaurants, bars, shops, and groceries. The Bear Creek Trail, located right out back, is a paved path leading directly to Gondola Square, approximately 350 yards away. This quiet and pleasant walk connects you to the hiking and biking trails of the Routt National Forest and the Yampa River. During ski season, the free private shuttle service provides convenient transportation to and from the slopes and anywhere else in town.
This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. Guests are responsible for reviewing the House Rules prior to booking and signing a rental agreement after booking. Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group and a damage deposit or credit card. Long-term rentals (28 nights or more) require discussion, approval, and a lease agreement, and may require mid-stay cleaning/inspections. A 'High Occupancy Fee' of $25 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 8 people. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to another adult in the group. Groups visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. Pools and hot tubs, if advertised, are seasonal and may close; inquire to confirm availability.
