Smoking of any kind is prohibited on Association property, inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of the building. A $300 fine applies if violated. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises, as this is a residential building. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Any items thrown away by mistake will not be collected by staff. Do not leave any trash, bags, or furniture in the trash chute area, hallways, or hung outside the doors. Cardboard boxes should be broken down and placed inside the designated recycling bin located in the loading dock area. Any extra services such as spa or dining must be paid immediately at the point of service; room charges are not allowed for these services. Reservations must be made by a 21-year-old person, and the reservation holder's presence is required throughout the entire stay. Damages to objects and equipment will result in additional charges. The co-working lounge offers fast Wi-Fi, providing a dedicated space for remote work.
