Smoking of any kind is prohibited on Association property, inside the unit, on the balcony, and within 25 feet of the building, with a $300 fine for violations. Guests must be registered with valid government-issued photo identification for all occupants, which must be presented at the front desk. All guests must sign the Short-Term Rental Rules and Regulations during check-in. FOBs will be provided following registration at the front desk and must be returned at checkout; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee for replacement.
