No parking on the lawn is allowed. 1000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, indoor laundry room with appliances provided as a courtesy, electric stove & refrigerator included, and central heat and air. No microwave or dishwasher. Kitchen is large enough for eat-in. Lawn maintenance included. School zones are Morris K-8 and Columbia High School. Close to Redstone Arsenal and downtown Huntsville, as well as Parkway Place and WalMart for shopping. Please ask any questions you may have, but we have tried to describe each room with the photos' captions. All windows have blinds or a curtain.
