Lease terms

Residents pay only one monthly fee, which includes not only the rent, but also, all utilities (except phone), two meals a day, housekeeping, emergency call system, cable TV, and some activities. A non-refundable Community Fee of $1,500 (instead of a security deposit) is required. Screening Disclosure: A credit report, criminal background check, eviction history, and rental verification will be obtained for all applicants pursuant to R.C.W 59.18.257.The landlord does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made available by a consumer reporting agency. All applicants are required to complete the landlord's screening process. No smoking on property Must be 62 years or older Lease is month to month Pets are not allowed on carpet, therefore, small dogs are allowed but need to be carried or transported outside. Must be able to clean up after pet. Pets must have their vaccinations. There is a pet deposit required along with verification of vaccination.
