Lease terms

Lease Duration 12-Month Lease: The tenant agrees to rent the property for a full year, typically starting on the first day of the month. Please inquire and will we accommodate accordingly. Parking One assigned parking stall included for use by tenant, located off-street in secured parking structure on the Blatz Campus. Utilities Tenant-Paid Utilities: Electricity and internet are the responsibility of the tenant. Included Utilities: Water, sewer, and trash collection are included in the rent. Laundry Several laundry rooms are available to residents throughout the building at no additional cost. Occupancy Limits Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of occupants is limited to 2 adults. Renewal and Termination Lease Renewal: The lease will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless either party gives a 30-day notice prior to the lease end date. Property Rules No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Tenant and tenant's guest(s) must obey all Blatz Condominium rules and regulations per the bylaws. Pets No pets are allowed within the rental unit. Maintenance and Repairs Landlord Responsibilities: The landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical issues, and appliance repairs. Tenant Responsibilities: The tenant is responsible for minor maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and keeping the property clean. Insurance Renter's Insurance: Tenants are required to obtain renter's insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 for personal liability and property damage. All prospective tenants will go through a credit, criminal, background check and eviction report at their expense prior to approval.
