A charming, renovated coastal cottage on a sunny lot with a large private side lawn and sufficient parking. Nicely decorated and very clean. Only a short distance to Casco Bay, beaches and the nostalgic Town Landing Market! This cottage is a 5 minute drive to Rt. 1 in Falmouth with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices. It's also less than a 15 minute drive to Portland's Downtown District, a historic seacoast city filled with galleries, one-of-kind shops and award-winning restaurants. Also only a 15 minute drive to Freeport renowned for its world class outlet and boutique shopping in a coastal village.
Cottage has a queen sized bed in the bedroom, queen sized murphy bed in the living room and full sized pull-out sofa couch in the living room (all shown well in listing photos). All bedding provided for 3 beds.
