Linens, towels, and essential amenities are included, and the home is equipped with central heating, mini-splits, and window AC units in every space. There are also 2 washer and dryer units in-house for easy laundry during your stay. Beach gear includes 20 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard, 20 beach chairs, multiple coolers, a wagon/cart, and umbrellas (no beach towels).

Nestled in the heart of North Beach, Ventnor City, this estate offers the perfect blend of seaside serenity and convenient access to local attractions. You're just a block away from the beautiful beach and boardwalk, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or a leisurely stroll along the shore. A variety of dining options are within a short drive or a pleasant walk. Several shops and boutiques are also easily accessible, offering everything from beach essentials to unique souvenirs. This location is also quickly accessible to the excitement of Atlantic City, offering a quiet location that is only minutes to an endless number of restaurants, casinos, Island Water Park, Steel Pier, and the AC Convention Center.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of the neighbors and community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.
