For convenience, there are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, with multiple full bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and a soaking tub on each bedroom level. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area, and may record audio & video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.
