THIS IS A 2 YEAR LEASE House can be rented furnished or un furnished Owner pays for driveway snow removal, fall & spring leaf cleanup, lawn maintenance. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including water and sewer which must remain in the owners name and will be billed annually to the tenant by the owner base on the actual monthly consumption as billed by Norwich Public Utilities. Tenant is responsible to notify the owner/property manager in the event of any issue that may cause any of the utilities to exceed normal monthly usage. Example: I dripping faucet, leaky toilet and so on. Tenant shall annually clean all windows and window blinds if tenant fails to perform this task and the window blinds become damaged they shall be replaced at the expense to the tenant. VERY IMPORTANT: No cooking grease or oils shall be disposed of in any sink or toilet. No dental floss, feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes or paper towels shall be disposed of in any toilet. Any damage that is deemed caused by not following these instructions will be the responsibility of the tenant and any and all costs to repair or replace the equipment caused by such shall be paid by the tenant(s). Tenants shall have no more than 3 operable and registered motor vehicles on the property. Vehicles should never be parked in any grassy areas of the property. Washer and dryer will not be repaired or replaced if they fail during the terms of this agreement.
