Owner moved off island so this is now available- her personal residence. We would consider having a group of people rent together- each person would need their own application and have individual contract. Prefer to rent to one person and would allow you to sublet rooms, with owners permission. Opportunity to stay in a gorgeous estate property while you are here on island. It is paradise.
