Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities, included but not limited to; water/sewer, electricity, internet, trash, propane refill and snow clearing of driveway. This is a minimum 10 month lease, early termination fees is $5000.00 There is approximately 6 faced cords of wood stacked for firewood. The renter will have the option to purchase this for $300 a cord or replace when lease is terminated. Wood must be firewood suitable lodgepole pine. In a severe winter, the dormers will leak if they are not cleared. This is the responsibility of the renter to hire a licensed company to clear. There is a community greenhouse on site and any utility costs incurred by greenhouse will be paid by landlord.
