During ski season, a private shuttle service is provided for transportation to and from the Gondola Transit Center, and free city buses are available within 150 meters of the building. Conveniently located at The Terraces at Eagle Ridge, this condo is just two to three hundred meters from Steamboat Square, providing easy access to gondolas, lifts, ski school, and more. Within 100 meters, you'll find restaurants, groceries, ski rentals, and Storm Peak Brewing's "Bus Stop" beer hall. The Burgess Creek trail, accessible right outside, leads directly to the slopes and connects to the Yampa River Core Trail, offering access to national forest trails, the botanic park, downtown Steamboat, and various parks and playgrounds. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty.
