Lease terms

Available October 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027 with flexible 5+ month lease. Monthly rent + utilities. Fully furnished. First months rent and security deposit due at signing. No smoking permitted. Community regulations limit occupancy to 2 vehicles per unit. Per Samoset community rules, pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted. Included in rent for no additional fee: access to community amenities, water, Wi-Fi connection, shoveling, plowing, landscaping, and trash disposal. Adhere to Samoset's Community Rules to include: no motorcycles, trailers, and pets. Community Rules will be shared and signed by tenant prior to occupancy and fees may be incurred by tenant if violation of rules. A $200 move-out cleaning fee will be charged to cover standard professional cleaning between tenants. Tenant is still responsible for leaving the property in reasonably clean condition, including removal of all personal belongings and trash. Excessive cleaning, stain removal, odor remediation, trash removal, or other extraordinary cleaning services beyond normal turnover cleaning may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
