We are looking for a long term tenant, preferably a 12-month lease, although six months will be considered. Rent includes water, trash, cable, wifi, parking, landscaping and maintenance. Not included is the Kamaole Sands resort fee of $78 per month, and electricity. Tenant will be responsible for establishing their own account with HECO. Smoking only in designated areas on the property. No smoking in the condo or on the lanai. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Kamaole Sands is a pet-free property. Sorry.
