The property is available early August 2026 for long term lease. The property can be shown easily with at least prior days notice to the current occupant. We require 1st month's rent (if you move in mid-month, we pro-rate that, of course), last month's rent, and the equivalent of a month's rent refundable security deposit. Tenant would take the electric bill and the natural gas bill into their name; we would leave the internet/wi-fi account in the landlord's name and then have tenant reimburse for that amount on a monthly basis. Water/sewer/garbage collection is included in the rent as is snow removal in the exterior parking areas and walkways of the condo complex; tenant is responsible for snow removal at the private decks of the condo. We require tenants to have renter's insurance -- good insurance to have and it is very affordable. We provide the property in very clean condition and that is how we expect to receive it back at the end of a lease. The property is strictly non-smoking. We can consider a dog(s). Cats cannot be accommodated. There is plenty of parking, but parking is not covered. Parking/storage of trailers and/or RV's is not allowed.
