Room for rent in quiet St. Roch neighborhood, 10 minutes from French Quarter/CBD, 5 minutes from St. Claude. Private entry.… Utilities/laundry included in price. Currently furnished, can also be unfurnished. We're a small family of three (39f artist and event producer, 46m teacher and outdoor guide, kid) looking to rent an extra room. We have one additional roommate renting a different room. The kitchen, living room, and restrooms are shared. The yellow-walled room in the photos is the bedroom for rent; the other photos are some shared spaces in the house. Looking to rent this room to a femme person to maintain gender balance in the house; LGBTQ friendly. No pets, please. Deposit is half first month's rent. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We're generally asleep and up early for work, but have friends over about once a week to play D&D, which wraps at about 9pm. *Text/email with interest/questions, and include some information about yourself!*
