Ski Ranch Loft boasts a prime location in a quiet development, just a 150-meter walk from the "Stampede" ski trail. From there, you can easily access the Steamboat Ski Resort base area, including the gondolas, shops, restaurants, and activities. The property is also on the free city bus route, providing convenient access to downtown and supermarkets. For summer visitors, enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, as well as local events. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy may result in immediate termination of the rental, eviction, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges for damages. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Prohibited groups include Triple Crown, Bachelor/Bachelorette, and Construction Industry groups, unless approved in advance.
