Ski Ranch Loft boasts a prime location in a quiet development, just a 150-meter walk from the "Stampede" ski trail. From there, you can easily access the Steamboat Ski Resort base area, including the gondolas, shops, restaurants, and activities. The property is also on the free city bus route, providing convenient access to downtown and supermarkets. For summer visitors, enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, as well as local events.
This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy may result in immediate termination of the rental, eviction, and retention of any security deposit, plus charges for damages. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval. Prohibited groups include Triple Crown, Bachelor/Bachelorette, and Construction Industry groups, unless approved in advance. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited without written approval. Failure to declare the correct group size may result in termination of the rental and eviction. The reserving party and all adults in the group must be at least 30 years old. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as they arrived. Mid-stay cleaning may be required for stays of 28 nights or more. Access is provided 24/7 via an electronic keypad. There are 9 steps leading up to the front door.
