Small dogs under 25 pounds considered with a non-refundable $300 pet fee for each pet. (Sorry, no cats.) Tenant is responsible for all utilities. microwave, stove and refrigerator are provided. Renter's insurance required. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. Security deposit plus first month's rent due at lease signing. This is a 55+ community. Potential residents/occupants must be 55 years of age or older (or one occupant must be 55 years of age or older and a spouse may be 45 years of age or older.) All potential residents/occupants are required to complete an application, credit and background check for consideration. Gardening and pest control service is included with the rent. (Backyard must be accessible for the gardener.) Visual inspections of the property by a licensed Realtor are required and conducted every six months to ensure adequate maintenance of the property.
