No Smoking allowed in townhome. Limit 2 pets in home. $250 non refundable pet fee for each pet in home. Utilities are all paid by tenant. 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of townhome. 12 month lease. credit check and income verification required. Rental Criteria 620+ Credit score Income verification is required. Accepted forms of income verification include two most recent pay stubs, offer letter or a tax return. Income which does not come from employment (examples; commissions, child support, disability, etc.) requires written verification. Any evictions within last 4 years is grounds for application denial Any negative rental history is grounds for application denial. A higher security deposit will be required for any discharged/closed bankruptcies within the last 5 years. Automatic denial for any open bankruptcies. Accounts in collections will be reviewed. Automatic denial for any rental/landlord accounts in collections. Felony convictions may result in denial.
