The interior features a modern renovation with some historic details, including a decorative fireplace and marble mantel, original molding, and oak hardwood floors throughout. The open kitchen has a quartz countertop breakfast bar and high-end stainless steel appliances: Miele speed oven / microwave and 2-burner gas cooktop, with a Bosch 18" wide dishwasher and Liebherr 24" full-height refrigerator/freezer built into the cabinets. The bedroom faces the quiet back yard and can comfortably fit a queen-size bed. Two closets and a historic built-in cabinet with drawers provide ample storage. The bathroom has a heated stone tile floor, modern vanity, recessed medicine cabinet and spacious walk-in shower. A private, shaded, backyard is for tenant use only.
A few things to note: Ceilings are insulated but, being a historic house, there is some noise from above. A window a/c unit (not provided) will fit in the bedroom window. There's no washer/dryer in the apartment but a laundromat is conveniently located across the street. Heat, hot water, and gas are included but electrical is not. No smoking or vaping allowed in the apartment or front/back yards. Sorry, no pets.
