      There will be a $500.00 deposit for pets that will be used as against any additional damage or cleaning. Depending on size of the pet, there will be an additional monthly charge of $30.00 to $50.00 pet fee. Cats and Dogs must be neutered/spayed. Utilities will be covered by the tenants by using a method of proportional usage based on square footage of the both units and an additional 10% increase beyond two additional occupants. There is a good neighbor policy with the garage being used only for parking and storage purposes in order to keep noise at a minimum due to a tenant residing in the top unit.
