Clean credit with a minimum credit score of 680. No collections, judgements, past due or charged off accounts. No bankruptcies in the past 5 years. Three years of good rental history; no evictions, no late rental payments. Everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application and will be listed on the lease. Will give preference to the applicant with the earliest move-in date. Upon notification that your application has been approved, you have 24 hours to sign the lease.
