This home is located in the Timberland neighborhood, very close to Sunnyside, about 3 miles south of Tahoe City. Hurricane Bay "rock beach" is a 2 block walk away. Just around the corner is Ward Creek State Park with boardwalk walking trails, informational signs and trails that go for miles and miles. Great spot in the winter to show shoe as well.
