*Looking for young professionals, NOT for a family* *Move in date is the first week of AUGUST * 2 private room is available in a spacious three bedroom house. Each room has one closet, one to two windows, and wooden floors (same as the rest of the house). These rooms can be furnished with a bed, nightstand, lamp, etc. if needed. The tenants in these rooms would share a bathroom. The third roommate who already lives here has a private bathroom attached to his room. The house is in a great central location approx. 5 minute drive to the Princeton Junction train station, 5-7 minute drive to downtown Princeton and Princeton University, and is in very close proximity to Route 1. The house is fully furnished but feel free to bring your own furniture (basement storage available). The house is spacious with one and a half living rooms, a dining room, and a full kitchen. There are large, beautiful windows throughout the house, providing a lot of natural light. It has central heating and A/C. There is a large backyard with a stone firepit and a large front yard. There is parking available in the driveway to fit three vehicles. Washer and dryer in the basement. No PETS I currently live here and am a young professional (male) in my early 30s. I would prefer another individual (gender identity does not matter) around the same age and who has lived in a shared living environment before. I am mostly in the office (9-5) with some WFH days and am also a piano teacher. I teach in the late afternoon to early evening. Some days I teach at home and other days at students' houses. If you need a very quiet environment during the evening (4-8pm), this might not be a good fit for you. The house should stay clean, so I'm looking for housemates who will keep up with routine housework (dishes, sweeping, etc.) on their own. Once in a while we will hire professionals to deep clean the house. Previous housemates have enjoyed making meals together, watching tv/movies, and taking walks (great neighborhood for walking). I'm looking for housemates who might enjoy similar things. I have a sweet and playful four year old golden-doodle who would love to be your new friend. No other animals. The rent is $900 plus utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, and the monthly cleaning service) which is usually around $120-200 pending weather. We require a security deposit. Room is available in early August.
