Rental Information & Tenant Expectations Thank you for your interest in the property. Please review the following rental terms and expectations: Monthly Rent Monthly Rent: $1,700 Rent includes: Water Sewer Trash service Security Deposit Security Deposit: $1,700 Pets Pets may be considered with landlord approval. Pet Rent: $25 per month, per pet Pet Deposit: $100 per pet All pets must be disclosed prior to move-in and approved by the landlord. Utilities Tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining electrical service through the City of Redding Electric Utility in their own name prior to or at move-in. Electrical service is currently active at the property. In most cases, service can be transferred to the tenant the same day. Tenants are responsible for all electricity charges during their tenancy. Property Maintenance The landlord will be responsible for routine lawn mowing, trimming, and weed control. Tenants are responsible for: Keeping the yard, porches, carport, and outdoor living areas clean and free of trash and debris. Promptly reporting maintenance concerns or repairs needed. Avoiding damage to landscaping, fencing, and exterior improvements. General Tenant Expectations Tenants are expected to: Pay rent on time each month. Maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition. Promptly report maintenance concerns or repairs needed. Comply with all lease terms and local regulations. Respect neighboring properties and maintain a peaceful living environment. Obtain landlord approval before making alterations to the property.
