The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and utensils, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets. Early check-in may be available for a fee of $50.
Located in the heart of Decatur, a sought-after neighborhood in the Atlanta area known for its walkable streets, eclectic mix of local shops and restaurants, and friendly residents. Enjoy dining at The Iberian Pig, Kimball House, and No. 246. The home is conveniently located minutes from I-20 and 285, and is a short walk to the MARTA rail line. Decatur is also a bike-friendly community with access to the Atlanta BeltLine.
No more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time. A strict non-smoking policy is in place both inside and outside of the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. Guests are kindly asked to keep trash can lids closed at all times; excess trash will need to be taken with you, or an extra charge of $75 will apply if assistance is requested. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. An extra fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. A copy of your photo ID is required for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Check-in details and instructions will be sent upon receipt of your ID. Guests must be at least 21 years old. Any damages, such as stained towels, linens, or furniture, may result in charges for repairs or replacements. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Placing all trash in the trash cans, removing perishables from the refrigerator, placing dirty dinnerware in the dishwasher and turning it on, and putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room are requested upon departure.
