This home is currently for sale, and showings will be requested with a 24-hour notice, with access coordinated around your advance consent. Parties are prohibited. Smoking and vaping are forbidden indoors and outdoors, with a $400 housekeeping expense for any evidence of violation. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $20 per hour, with a 15-minute grace period after 10 am checkout, after which a $25 fee applies every 15 minutes. Extended-stay cleaning costs apply for stays of 40-60 nights and over 60 nights. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. Mail should not be sent to the rental. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host. The property utilizes a septic tank, and only toilet paper should be flushed. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, which is to be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. In the event of system failures, neither the property owner nor management is liable for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management will not assume liability for unforeseen occurrences such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, or acts of God. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for refunds. For emergencies, dial 911.
