Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for refunds. For emergencies, dial 911. Includes a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups.
