Lease Terms: Utilities: The renter is responsible for water, waste, gas, and electric. Smoking: No smoking is allowed on the property. Pets: Pets are allowed with a security deposit. Security Deposit: $1700, refundable subject to the condition of the property at move-out. Lease Duration: 12 months. Rent Payment: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Noise: Renters must adhere to local noise ordinances and ensure that noise levels do not disturb neighbors. Insurance: Renters are encouraged to obtain renter's insurance to cover personal property and liability. Move-Out Procedures: Provide a notice period of 30 days before moving out. The property should be returned in the same condition as at the start of the lease, barring normal wear and tear.
