The Pool House is situated in the backyard, completely isolated from the main house, and offers complete privacy.
Residents have access to a washer and dryer located in the garage. The jacuzzi is available for use once a week, and the swimming pool is heated by solar panels.
The backyard is shared with the owners, another tenant, and two dogs.
The property is conveniently located off the 54, 5, and 805 freeways. It is approximately 8 miles from downtown San Diego and 10 miles from the border.
