Please note that guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area. This is a strictly no-parties home; any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory.
