Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The maximum limit for cars at the property is 5. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and a fine of up to $500.00 will be applied if the house smells like smoke. Any damage or missing games are the sole responsibility of guests during the reservation, which may result in additional charges. To avoid extra charges, guests are asked to leave the home in the same condition as when they arrived. The clubhouse is open from 9 AM to 9 PM.
