Lease terms

Resident is responsible for all utilities in their own name. Washer and Dryer hookups only. Resident responsible for all landscaping upkeep. We do a full background, employment & credit check and require the following leasing criteria: 1. Must have positive rental history with no evictions. 2. Positive credit history with no collections or judgments. 3. We require income & employment verification. Income must be 2x the rental amount. 4. Pets are allowed with a $300 per pet non-refundable deposit and $25/month pet rent. 5. Applications can be submitted through Zillow which charges a $35 application fee which is non-refundable and used to perform the background check. 6. A full month's rent plus one month deposit & utilities is required for move in.
