Street parking is readily available throughout the neighborhood, but guests are responsible for following all posted signs and restrictions. No pets: While we love animals and have dogs of our own (who will say hi if they see you coming or going), but pets are not permitted in the apartment. No parties or events: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. No smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping) is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the property. Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Failure to adhere to house rules may may result in: fines or fees for cleaning or repair/replacement of damaged items, early termination of lease, and/or surrender of security deposit.
