A PERSONAL NOTE
We originally built this home for our family, not for a rental, thus all the fine details like thick noise insulation and designer ambient lighting. We would always say that the unique location of our home affords us that elusive peace and quiet that is quite a rarity in dense, big urban areas like Los Angeles. It is not unusual to wake up to the chirping of the birds and the cacophony of wild peacocks here. We see people riding their horses or walking their dogs and birdwatchers combing the canyons, alongside golfers hitting the balls. We feel like we are living in the country, yet Whole Foods and Trader Joes are just a mile down the hill. On a clear day we could see a bit of the fireworks of Disneyland and in the winter my girls' bathroom has a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. We get some marine layer, too! This is a very friendly, family neighborhood with a beautiful park.
$9,500 a month on a one year lease ( open to long term lease and those with pets). Included in the rent are weekly gardening service, weekly pool service, and monthly pest control maintenance.
