Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets. Early check-in may be available for a fee of $50. Additional guests beyond the 6th guest are charged $19 per night per guest. Visitors are welcome with a one-time fee of $19 per guest. Trash removal service is available for an extra charge of $75.

Communication is available between 8 AM - 10 PM. If you are expecting to check-in after 7 PM, please notify us on the day of arrival. All guests must be at least 21 years old. There is a strict non-smoking policy inside and outside the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. No more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time. Glass containers are strictly prohibited within the pool area, with a fine of $250 for violation. A copy of your photo ID is required for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises.
The pool is open from April until October only and ranges from 4ft to 9ft deep.
