Guests assume all risks for any harm that may arise during their stay. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Guests are kindly asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy state, including placing all trash in the trash cans, removing perishables from the refrigerator, placing dirty dinnerware in the dishwasher and turning it on, and putting used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room. Treating the property with care and respect is expected. Glass containers are strictly prohibited within the pool area, and violation will result in a fine of $250. Communication is available between 8 AM - 10 PM. If checking in after 7 PM, please notify us on the day of arrival for key code preparation.
