Sorry, no pets allowed and no loud parties. Must exit driveway going forward, otherwise visibility limited by hedge. Places across the street from house: Mission Ranch bar/restaurant, owned by Clint Eastwood, has a karaoke bar with a piano player on a nightly basis. The restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating with views that are similar to the views you get from the house. The historic Carmel Mission has mass on Sundays and the museum and grounds are available to visit. Rio Park has six acres of open space across the street and the Carmel river flows through the park. Tennis courts are private. The Mission Trail is a few minutes walk away which goes up a canyon to town. Grocery shopping at Safeway is conveniently located less than a mile away.
