Nestled in a safe and quiet area across from Logan Square Elementary School, within a building of respectful tenants, We have SHARED Laundry with a washer only but NO dryer in the basement as of now. There is absolutely NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or tabacco usage allowed within THIRTY feet of the building. NO loud music or parties allowed during QUIET hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), NO Animals of Any kind. This unit is central to all of the fabulous amenities, attractions, and conveniences that make this Logan Square neighborhood so popular. The space itself is clean, with a nice and compact layout, yet very comfortable, perfect for 1-3 people or working from home. Free street parking on Schubert or on the Left /East side of Lawndale between 4pm-7pm (and free in the weekend/when school is not in session), or Paid Parking Permit or Park in our garage for additional monthly fee. Easy access to 90/94 Expressway and walking distance to public transportation, or bike/scooter/ Uber can serve as alternatives. We've poured a lot of love and care into this space and can't wait for you to enjoy it, however, you are in someone's home, so please be mindful of your carbon fiootprint, noise, waste, your neighbours, and treat it with care and respect. Looking for a 10-12 months lease with the option to renew thereafter. Must have a credit score of 640+ to apply, Gross Monthly Income equal to at least three times (3x) the monthly rent, no evictions, and no bankruptcies. You will need to submit recent pay-stubs and Landlord references with the application. Please reach out with any questions.
