Cats and Dogs are OK with a separate $200 non refundable deposit. 12 month lease. Four person maximum occupancy limit. Duplex will be available by 7-1-26 No smoking inside the duplex or garage.

Prior evictions, poor credit (under 580), or criminal history at least one year old? Depending on your personal circumstances, I'm willing to give someone a second chance if they are willing to give a $2,500 deposit instead of the regular $1,600 deposit. Main deposit is refundable at the end of the lease. I would still need to perform a background check. You would need to have a total of $4,220 cash ($2,500 + $1,720) to move in
