We offer a yearly lease for new tenants. These are non-smoking units. Cats can live with the tenant, but we must be told upfront about the pet. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is required for the first cat. Any additional cat is $50 per cat. We do not ask for any additional pet rent. If a tenant chooses to relocate after their one-year lease has been fulfilled, we require a 30-day written notice of their plans to relocate. When vacating the property, we expect the apartment to be left clean, and all personal belongings should be removed.
