The house is in a family neighborhood, and offers great access to the University of Oregon, Lane Community College and downtown Eugene. On the bus line. Across from Amazon pool so great access to bike and running trails as well as dog park. Laid back and fun household that values cleanliness and a respect for the shared space. Off street alley parking. No smoking or drugs on property. Ideal roommate is personable, friendly, and mindful of the 10 PM quiet hours. Pets will be considered with landlord approval. If you're under 30 and committed to creating a harmonious home, we'd love to meet you! Rent is $675 plus $125 for all utilities.
