Lease terms

Lease is for one year and owner will provide refrigerator and stove as required. Dishwasher and garbage disposal are included. Renter's insurance is required to protect tenant's property. No smoking of any substance in house and/or garage. No pets unless service animal with documentation of need for service. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Periodic pest control is also tenant's responsibility. Owner expectation is that the home be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No alterations or repairs are to be done unless owner gives written permission.
