Lease terms
Lease is renewed every year and must be renewed 60 days prior to lease end or property will be listed on market. Owner pays for internet, renter pays for gas (propane tank to be filled to same level the tank is at lease signing prior to departure), electric, garbage and water. Renter will be responsible for yard maintenance. This is a non-smoking home and smoking on premises will not be tolerated. Only working vehicles on property allowed. Pet messes need to be cleaned up. Pets cannot be nuisance to neighbors with constant barking etc. If pets become a problem to property or neighborhood, they will be asked to be removed.
