Hi, the price listed is ALL INCLUDED for a single person for a single bedroom. It is not a whole house rental as you will have 3 other roommates.… Also, unfortunately, I can't do a couple, just a single person. But for the right person, this is a great fully furnished room!
You will get central heat & central a/c, good Wifi, furnished or unfurnished berdroom available (let's discuss:), plenty of kitchen cabinets and fridge space, with well vetted / checked out / background checked roommates so that you can feel comfortable with who you are staying with!
This is a quite nice 4 bedroom townhouse. Your bedroom, is a larger room with 2 closets. You have a decent size space that is 10x16. There is currently a brand new queen size bed, desk, new office chair, mounted TV, and a dresser. Just grab you clothes, cell phone and whatever else and come!
Shower and bathing is shared in the upstairs bathroom but with everyone's schedule a little different, it's never an issue.
This house has a really cute kitchen, dining room, and finished basement. This place is available June 12th, 2026.
If you are looking for an excellent landlord, who understands that you're the customer :-) , a quiet place, that is clean and well run then you've come to the right place!
This is not a place for lots of company, minimal sleepovers, not really doing the whole boyfriend/girlfriend sleepover thing to any degree, no loud TV, no loud phone calls, big radio, etc.
We are doing everything we can to make this home your refuge where you can rest in peace after a long day's work as needed :)
