Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for payment of the full rental amount of $2800.00 due on or before the 5th day of each calendar month during the 12-month lease term. A security deposit of $2800.00 due at the completion of the lease signing process, the deposit must be paid by money order or a cashier's check. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, trash, sewage, gas and electricity, and internet, unless otherwise stated in this lease agreement. No pets are allowed on the property without prior approval from the landlord. No additional occupants, roommates, or other residents may live at the property unless they are approved by landlord and included on the lease. Tenants must park all vehicles in the garage at all times. Designated parking spaces for residents and guest are available. The screening process will consist of a credit score, and background and verification of references. All leases will comply with the applicable provisions of the Texas Property code, including section 92.3515 regarding eligibility requirements as applicable. The following activities are prohibited on the property: No smoking inside the premises, Any illegal activity, Excessive noise or disturbances that interfere with other residents.
