About the building

262 Lexington is a 3 bedroom one bath (split with shower and sink in one room and toilet in another).… One of the bedrooms shares double pocket doors with the living room. The third bedroom is smaller but has a large closet. This is a top floor unit and it gets a ton of natural light. I, the landlord, live downstairs and so having a good relationship is more important to me than other factors related to applicants for this apartment. The rent on this apartment is $6,000 inclusive of all utilities. First, Last, and a $4000 deposit. There is solar power and so it was too hard to figure out how to do the utilities separately, I just added a bit to the rent and decided to call it an all in number. If you want internet through Monkey Brains there is already an antenna and all you would have to do it set up an account. Just fyi, you can do whatever you want, lol. Please excuse the terrible pictures, I am in the process of doing work in this unit and thought it was better to get it listed with in process pictures than wait until the last minute but have it be complete. I am hoping to start a lease on July 1. The whole apartment will be painted white (sadly the original dark trim and textured wallpaper, it really needed it). The stairs leading to the apartment will be carpeted and so will be the back bedroom prior to the apartment being rented. I am also updating the electricity a bit and added some additional plugs. The kitchen was updated (a few years ago) and has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. I am open to pets but it will be on a case by case bais. There is no parking other than on the street and it can be very hard to find parking. I am having some "open house" hours this weekend Saturday 11-1 and Sunday 2-4. If neither of those work for you I may be able to set up another time for you to come see the unit (though I will be out of town for parts of the month).
