This project is currently budgeted at $20 million and will further enhance the neighborhood with the addition of an open air park for the residents. Bond Street is currently a two way street but will be repurposed into a single one way street with the opposite side converted into Resident's Only parking. Other area attractions include Connecticut's only zoo (Beardsley Zoo and park) as well as the Wonderland of Ice skating rink.
