One bedroom and a dedicated detached full bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared apartment.… The apartment has in-unit laundry, a large living room and kitchen, and tons of space. The bedroom has 4 large windows and faces the backyard so it is a great quiet space with tons of sunlight. It can easily fit a desk and a king-sized bed. The other two roommates are both males in their 20s and 30s and the unofficial roommate is a senior dog named Teddi. The apartment has 3 air filters and 2 Roomba vacuums. We share cleaning services, utilities, and internet costs. Our goal is to have a calm, quiet, and comfortable sanctuary that works for everyone who lives here. Clement street is a few steps from your front door and has tons of grocery stores, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops at the end of the block. Parking is rarely an issue and the neighborhood is known for its quietness and safety. The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell. We are looking for someone who is familiar with shared living arrangements who will fit seamlessly with us, who also emphasizes cleanliness and mutually respectful living.
